Delete your Kuptero account

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to Kuptero.
  2. Open My Account from the menu.
  3. Under Delete my account, type your email address and your password, and confirm.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your login will be deleted and you will not be able to sign in.

Your employer keeps your working-time records — your hours, absences and expenses — because the law requires employers to keep them (Organisation of Working Time Act 1997).

Your name and employee number stay on those records so your employer can match them to payroll. Your email address is removed, so you could sign up again later with the same address.

Your working-time records belong to your employer’s records, which the law requires them to keep for three years (Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, section 25). To ask about those records, contact your employer.

If you own an organisation

An owner cannot delete their own account while other people use the organisation. Transfer ownership to a manager first (My Account → Transfer ownership), or delete the whole organisation (My Account → Delete organisation).

Deleting an organisation stops everyone signing in straight away. After 30 days everything in it — every person, every hour, absence and expense, every file and every login — is deleted for good. Until then it can be cancelled by emailing philip.moran@ppmprime.ie.

Can’t sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in page (“Forgot password”). If that does not work, email philip.moran@ppmprime.ie from the address on your account and we will help. Demo accounts cannot be deleted.
