1. Our Commitment
Kuptero Ltd is committed to making its platform and marketing website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that digital services should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access the web.
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our services and welcome feedback from all users.
2. Conformance Standard
Kuptero aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.
We are currently working towards full compliance and conduct ongoing reviews of our platform and public-facing pages to identify and remediate accessibility issues.
3. European Accessibility Act (EAA)
The European Accessibility Act (EAA) applies to digital services and products offered within the European Union, with full compliance required from 28 June 2025 for new products and services. Kuptero is committed to meeting EAA requirements and is actively reviewing our platform against the applicable standards.

4. Known Limitations

We welcome all accessibility feedback and aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may contact the relevant enforcement authority in your jurisdiction. In Ireland, accessibility complaints relating to public-facing digital services may be directed to the National Disability Authority (NDA) or relevant regulatory body.
