How does Attend pricing work?

You pay €2.00 per active candidate per month, with a minimum of 25 candidates (€50.00/month). An active candidate is anyone not archived in your system.

How does Track pricing work?

Kuptero Track is €4.00 per user per month (minimum 10 users, €40.00/month) and includes time tracking, timesheets, client management, absence management, organisation branding, 14 reports and exports. Annual billing is available on request and saves 2 months — pay for 10, get 12.

What is annual billing?

Annual billing is available on request: you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of full access, so it saves 2 months. There is nothing to select at sign-up — email philip.moran@ppmprime.ie and we will arrange it.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — both products include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to get started.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your organisation goes read-only. Your data is all still here and reports and exports keep working, but new entries cannot be added. What about Enterprise pricing?

Organisations with 2,000+ Attend candidates qualify for custom pricing with volume discounts and dedicated support. Email philip.moran@ppmprime.ie.

Can I use both products?

Yes. Attend and Track are independent products that can be active on the same account at the same time.

We hold no card details and nothing charges automatically. When your trial ends, continuing is a conversation — email philip.moran@ppmprime.ie and we will set your plan up.
